Return Policy

Thank you so much for shopping with us! When purchasing online, we know how difficult it can be to determine what works for you and your decorated space. With that in mind, we try to offer a simplified return/exchange policy and process to make returning items easy.

RETURNS:

  • Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and is the customer's responsibility when shipping items back to us. We do not send return labels. Return shipping charges will not be refunded.

  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date you receive your shipment along with the original packing slip

  • For damaged items please email info@aussiesdream.com within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. All damages must have a photo attached of the broken item.

  • Your original payment method will be used to refund you within 7 days of receiving the item at our warehouse, providing all requirements listed above are met.

 

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
